Cooking facilities in the Bush Camp Kitchen including a 5-ring gas cooker with large oven, basic kitchen utensils and cutlery. Toasters, electric kettles, small microwave, 1 large fridge, small deepfreeze.

Exclusive use of the Bush Camp Shelter indoor space with tables and wood burner.

Outside BBQ & camp fire (basic implements) with bag of charcoal and box of firelighters.£25.00 worth of logs for the fires.

Cleaning sprays, mop and bucket, broom for sweeping, squeegee for the lodge bathrooms; paper towels and toilet paper.

Re-cycling of all waste.

Sole use and the access to Lydeard Farm.

Grass Football/ Games pitch with footballs.

Car Parking.

Free games subject to a small deposit (indoor skittles and large jenga) outdoor rounders kit.
Lodge Prices

​We require a minimum booking of 8 guests using one lodge to stay and have exclusive use with us at Lydeard Farm Bush Camp & Lodges.
There is a requirement of a minimum 2 night stay however we do offer a school residential option for 1 night. In some cases we are able to offer the 3rd night on a weekend break at a discounted rate. Please ask.
The larger the group the better pricing policy applies. We will do a bespoke quote for each booking however as a guide the following is a guide to our pricing.
Our prices are based on all beds being used within within a lodge. So for example if you are 14 guests you would stay in one lodge, Dunster lodge that sleeps 14. If you are 8 guests then you will stay in Adscombe lodge. See below for extra options.
Please note VAT is not added to our prices.

8-15 guests £40 per person per night.

16-29 guests. £34 per person per night.

30 -40 guests. £30 per person per night.

41 -56 guests. £28 per night.
If you wish to have more space and use more lodges above your allocated lodges for your numbers then the fee for an extra lodge per night applies of and extra £250 per night. If you wish to swap from one lodge to a larger lodge to be able to spread out ie to choose a lodge with an extra bedroom the cost would be an additional £80 per night.

Camping with lodges
When extra capacity is needed in addition to booking the lodges.
​Non electric grass pitches for tents or motorhomes with separate unisex showers and toilets. £25 per tent per night.

Camping ONLY - Exclusive Use

Exclusive use whole site camping - £300 minimum per night. (based on up to 4 people per tent, up to 10 tents) Extra tents £25 per tent per night.

Minimum two nights (except for school groups travelling through)

Maximum number of guests camping 70 maximum, 35 tents.

Booking Process

1.
Make a booking enquiry including your date, a guide number of guests and number of nights.
3.
Pay a deposit to secure booking. (25% of total booking value) payment by BACS transfer.
2.
Receive a quote and a copy of our booking terms.
4.
Your booking is confirmed. Remaining balance due 4 weeks before arrival with final numbers.
Rooming list confirmed 7 days before arrival.
